BABA is once again partnering with the Scottish Government, the St. Andrew's
Society of Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to bring you the
biggest, best Burns Night in the DMV, nay the country! This event will sell out so do

Please join us in commemoration of the great Enlightenment Scottish Poet Robert Burns. Special guests will include British Embassy and Scottish Government leadership, Members of the Friends of Scotland Congressional Caucus, the UK Congressional Caucus, Administration officials and more.
Every year in late January fans around the world celebrate the life and work of this noteworthy figure. On January 23rd, 2026 BABA will co-host an event to rival them all when celebrated Burns performer Gavin McNicoll and co-collaborator Tim FitzHigham join us once again from the UK to lead our group in performances of poems, songs, traditional toasts and piped reels, this time accompanied by the Washington Scottish Pipe Band / St. Andrew’s Society Pipes & Drums.
DATE: Friday, Janurary 23, 2026
TIME: Reception 5:30-7:00p.m.; Supper and performances 7:15 - 10:00p.m.
LOCATION: U.S. Chamber of Commerce Great Hall
COST: $250 per person includes reception, three course meal (vegetarian option available), fine wine, whisky and performances.
